ITP Wohnpark Augsburg Neusäß GmbH & Co. KG is currently on the gem. Development plan predetermined sub-plot of land 40 social housing for the Hans and Hermine Sailer Foundation as general contractor. The building application has been approved. Construction will start in August 2017 and turnkey delivery in the 1st quarter of 2019.
