About us
Rancho Chito Restaurant is the continuity of a family tradition that dates back to 1951 when Máximo Leoncio Tejada (Chito) started his operations with the Chito Lechonera.
This tradition begins in the restaurant version since January 17, 2003 with a desire to provide a more diversified option than the original one where we promote an exquisite experience for the client such as a la carte services, executive buffet, catering, bar, and our traditional specialties such as wood-roasted pork and chilindrón.
