Next Estate GmbH is a Berlin-based real estate agency that specializes in real estate brokerage and covers the entire spectrum of real estate services. Our company is divided into two departments: Sales and Asset Management. Our sales office is located on the popular Kollwitzstrasse in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg, Berlin. Two sales departments work together here: The first department specializes in the sale of condominiums from private owners and project developers, while the second department focuses on the sale of commercial properties such as rental and commercial buildings, offices, hotels, etc. Our inviting office is located on the ground floor directly on Kollwitzplatz. Thanks to numerous walk-ins, we are always on the pulse of the Berlin real estate market.
