For the first time in Dubai, InnerWorks Academy to roll out their flagship
program for children and youth using process-based theater.

It is during my research studies for the Ph.D. in education from the University of Houston that I came across shocking statistics revealing the massive lack of soft skills, emotional and social skills among the Gen Y!
The survey data from the economic and business studies affirms that 50% newer graduates enter the work force lacking in soft skills. Recent research emphasize that children lacks skills to manage thier emotions, resolve conflict nonviolently, and make responsible decisions. Different educational organisations in the United States are advocating to the schools to develop curriculum around Social and Emotional Learning (SEL).
Relationships and emotional processes affect how and what we learn. 

It is then I decided to quit university job and called on to educators to join me and created INNER TOUCH organisation. We are a team of educationist with doctorate and masters degrees in education who are passionate for children and teenagers to help them grow their full potential! 

At Inner Touch, professionally qualified facilitators harness the techniques and imaginative potency of the process-based theater to help young people. The objective is to place the learners in their own learning and making them believe that they are sufficiently intelligent and sensitive to think and act autonomously to find their own solutions.
